From the get-go, getting ready for a baby is exciting.
From the positive pregnancy test to that first doctor’s appointment, the gender reveal to the baby shower, and from the name-picking to completing your nursery, dreams are coming true {Insert the awwwww’s}.  You’re about to be a family.

Then there’s the middle part—from the moment you check into the hospital, someone is waiting on you hand and foot {#TGFN a.k.a. Thank God for Nurses} If you’ve done your homework, you know what to expect when you’re expecting, but it’s pretty cloudy what to expect after the nurses are gone and you’re at home that first night. Things just got real.

Then, for most couples, things get real ugly.

Research shows that within three years after the birth of a child, nearly two-thirds of couples experience a significant drop in their relationship quality and will have a dramatic increase in conflict and hostility. The biggest question couples ask is:

How can we maintain the quality of our relationship and also
build a strong and healthy family?

The Bringing Baby Home Program is a research-tested, psychoeducational intervention.  This class is for you and your partner if:
